Steven Balentine is a NOC System Administrator II with Rayne Technology Solutions. He will be working diligently to improve the health of client systems and assist in the implementation of new client projects. He studied computer science, has an associate degree in the field of information technology, and is currently studying to complete a bachelor’s degree in information technology management. Starting in 2011, he has progressed through his professional development in the field of information technology by holding roles of increasing responsibility in data management, help desk support, computer repair, managed services, and systems administration. He lives in Salinas, CA with his wife and two young daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, continuing his education, designing and testing network solutions, and playing guitar.
James Feather is a Level II Support Technician, with a passion for problem solving. His love for tech began as an early teen in 2001 when his Dad purchased the family's first computer (Compaq Presario 3000; Cathode Ray Tubes, anybody?!?) and infested it with every sort of AOL-driven malware you can imagine. He made it his mission to learn how to combat the evil forces of the interwebs from that point forward. 18 years later, and here he is... tech support extraordinaire. James is a husband to his beautiful, loving wife (Erica) and a father to 2 beautiful, yet attention-demanding daughters (Inaya, 9 & Ivory, 1). When he's not restarting client computers, he's probably dating Erica, watching baseball, or teaching his girls how to not throw like girls. If there's Mediterranean food anywhere around, that's where you'll find James. He likes his coffee black, his whiskey neat, and his passwords 16 characters or longer. Generally, just a chill, family-oriented guy, James is thankful to be on such an awesome team and looks forward to what the future holds at Rayne.
Hello, I'm Charlie Wilson and I'm a Level I Support Technician and Service Dispatcher. I am originally from Florida but have found my home and calling in beautiful Monterey. Since college, I've built a background in dispatch and transportation, and am excited to apply these skills to my passion of working in IT. In my free time, you can usually find me at the hockey rink, or the many great hiking spots around the Monterey Bay. Oh, and you can also find me in my computer chair - go figure! I have previously worked with Rayne Technology Solutions as a client, and am eager to continue the tradition of wonderful customer service and collaboration here at Rayne Tech.
