I just wanted to take a moment to announce our new website and give you a quick tour. We hope that the new site can make it even easier for our clients to work with us. Besides the new design, the first thing you'll notice at www.raynetech.com is that we have a Login tab at the top. You can log in at the top of the site with your email and your portal password (if you aren't sure what that is, don't worry, simply click Forgot Password and the site will walk you through resetting it through your email).
Logging into our new site gives you quick access to all of your support tickets. Once logged in, simply click support at the top of the site. You can submit new tickets and respond to current tickets from there.
Under the Home menu, click on My Documents to access downloadable files. Sometimes these downloads are user-specific, so be sure to log in first.
We strive on providing the best service possible to our clients; if you are happy with our service, we'd be honored to receive a testimonial from you. Under About Us, click Testimonials and then click Add Testimonial to let us know we've exceeded your expectations for quality.
Keep an eye on any upcoming events on our new events calendar, which is under the News menu.
We offer several ways to get in touch with us for support. Click on the Support menu item to see all of them.
Be sure to check out our blog for company news, technology-related news, and IT advice. When you are logged in, you can leave comments (you can even upload your photo or logo to represent yourself when you leave a comment, don't be shy!).
